We’re starting to see a few IPOs file in for next year with “thedocyard” being latest addition. Slated for a romantic Feb 14 go live, TDY provide cloud based document management solutions and will be looking to riase 4-5M with shares priced at 20c.

Funds are set to be used for the usual things, new recruits, marketing and product development.
